"I Don't Talk About Unavailable Players"... Erik ten Hag On Jadon Sancho DEACTIVATING His Instagram Account And Banned from all Man United First Team Facilities.

Manchester United's forward Jadon Sancho has reportedly been exiled from all first-team facilities at the club, including the team dining room, and is allowed only minimal interaction with his senior colleagues, as ruthless manager Erik ten Hag demands apology.

Sancho who was being left out of the squad in United's 3-1 defeat against Arsenal in early September 3, has not featured for the club this month after saying on social media he has "been made a scapegoat for a long time" after his manager claimed his performances in training were not up to scratch. 

While the post has now been deleted after gathering more than 60 million views, the winger has so far refused to say sorry to the Dutchman, and there is no timeframe for his return to the squad.

Ten Hag cannot condone his authority being publicly undermined by a player, as he was effectively called a liar which in a clear breach of disciplinary rules.

The England forward has not been considered for selection for matches against Brighton, Bayern Munich, Burnley and Crystal Palace while he remains exiled from training.

Sancho has been urged to apologise to Erik ten Hag by his Man United teammates, led by Marcus Rashford, Luke Shaw and Harry Maguire in a bid to resolve the situation, but he has rather decided to deactivate his Instagram account on Tuesday morning.

United were hoping that the matter would have been resolved during the international break, with director of football John Murtough and CEO Richard Arnold trying to mediate, but there is still no compromise from either party and United maintain an apology from Sancho to Ten Hag is key to a resolution.

Erik ten Hag when asked about Jadon Sancho deleting his Instagram account as step towards solution: “I don't know, it's up to him. I don’t comment about players not available.

“With me you don't get the opportunity, you have to deserve it!, The younger players' are ready and determined to play but have to prove themselves in training.”

The 23-year-old, who currently training alone with the club coaches on the academy pitches, is still being overseen by fitness staff and coaches, has medical support, and access to all other essentials at the Carrington training ground.

He is almost certain to depart the club in January transfer window, but he remains under contract until at least 2026. 

United are also said to be preparing a shock January, and a former Arsenal forward, German international Serge Gnabry is on target from Bayern Munich. 

It has been claimed that United could accept a cut-price fee for Sancho, and he has thus far played just 76 minutes of football in the Premier League.

Sancho became a star at Borussia Dortmund, scoring 50 goals and providing 64 assists in 137 games before his move to United for £73 million in 2021. At Old Trafford, though, he has scored just 12 goals and created six assists in 82 games.

 Man United return to action on Saturday afternoon when they host Crystal Palace once again in the Premier League, following an impressive 3-0 win over the Eagles in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night with Garnacho, Casemiro and Martial on the scoresheet.
