Chelsea Set Eyes On Milan Skriniar As Kounde Deal Slips Through

 As long as PSG won't pay the €70 million asking price, there are persistent rumors that Chelsea may turn to Inter defender Milan Skriniar after losing Jules Koundé to Barcelona.

As one of the top contenders who might be sold to raise money at San Siro, the center-back continues to be at the center of this summer's transfer rumors.

Although Paris Saint-Germain and he had advanced negotiations and even agreed on personal conditions, the club was never able to come close to Inter's €70 million asking price.
