Luka Jovic Set To Complete Move To Fiorentina

 The loan agreement between Real Madrid and Fiorentina for Serbian striker Luka Jovic, who will represent the Italian team next season, is about to be finalized. According to a rumor from Sky Sports Italy, Jovic will pass his medical with Fiorentina next week.

According to that same story, Jovic's salaries will be covered by the two teams because Fiorentina cannot afford to fulfill his entire contract. Even if Jovic plays for Fiorentina, Madrid may still be paying half of his contract, which is not the best scenario for the club. However, Los Blancos will be hoping that Jovic puts up strong displays in Italy to raise his value and enable them to offload the Serbian striker the following summer.

Given that Jovic's contract with Real Madrid ends in the summer of 2025, it will be difficult for Real Madrid to terminate it unless he secures a firm during one of his loan deals. It would be intriguing to see if Jovic can finally produce at a high level when given the chance to start frequently because the Italian league may be a nice fit for him.
