According to The Athletic, Salah intends to leave Anfield if Liverpool's contract offer isn't dramatically improved, and he wants to stay in the Premier League.

The Egyptian star wants to stay with Liverpool, but the club is unwilling to pay him the money he demands. Despite the fact that the two sides have been in talks for almost a year, they are no closer to reaching an agreement.

Salah is willing to sign a two-year extension if conditions can be worked out, but only if it makes him one of the highest-paid players in the world. Liverpool will lose one of its top players on a free transfer if they do not reach an agreement.
