An official bid accepted around £60/65m which includes add-ons, and main part of amount to be paid immediately. It’s done between clubs.
Talks are now ongoing on player side, and agent Deco (who was a former Chelsea player) on personal terms and contract.
Arsenal and Barcelona were in talks with Leeds also today morning, but as it stands, the Blues look set to beat both clubs to the player’s signature following their takeover by new owner Todd Boehly last month.
Raphinha was long expected to join Barca this summer, but the Spanish giant are not currently in a financial position to make a deal and Arsenal have yet to reach the level Chelsea are at.
