Chelsea are 'closing in' on a deal to sign Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele, according to TalkSPORT

FC Barcelona and Dembele are still unable to reach an agreement on a new contract, which might lead to a move to Stamford Bridge. The Frenchman's contract with the Blaugrana expires on June 30, and the English giants have stepped in because the two sides are still at war about money. 

Chelsea are said to be the favorites to sign Dembele to a four-year contract. In recent months, the Blues have paid close attention to the Frenchman. However, because to the ongoing ownership dilemma, which has now been resolved, they were unable to make any meaningful approach.
